Before a proposal
First, confirm the work Studio Bluework can provide.
Missing information is clarified before a proposal is offered. Projects outside Studio Bluework’s scope do not proceed to payment.
Framing and regulated portions
Identify conventional framing assumptions and any structural, seismic, engineering, or other regulated portion.
Responsible licensee
State which professional, if any, must direct, control, approve, sign, and issue their own work.
Result
Eligible work may proceed to a proposal. Ineligible work is declined or limited to clearly administrative support under the responsible professional’s instructions.

One defined package for your project.
The agreement lists the drawings we will prepare and the information needed to prepare them. Coordination can be added within an accepted project when its responsibilities and dependencies are clear.
