Studio Bluework collects only the contact and project information a visitor chooses to send. Property addresses, project concerns, and contact details are used to evaluate inquiries, communicate about requested services, and operate the practice.

Checklist requests

The ADU Permit Readiness Checklist requires a first name, last name, and email address so the request can be fulfilled and measured. City or county is optional. Requesting the checklist does not subscribe you to marketing email. The separate, unchecked Field Notes choice is optional and requires email confirmation.

Field Notes subscriptions

Submitting a dedicated Field Notes form is a request to receive Studio Bluework educational email and occasional service updates. A first name, last name, and email address are required; city or county is optional. Subscription begins only after email confirmation. Subscriber information is not sold, and every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option.

Project information

Project photos, records, and drawings are not published as marketing material without separate permission or deliberate redaction. Public project examples omit client names, exact addresses, and sensitive title-block information.

Service providers and retention

Hosting, security, email, newsletter, payment, accounting, and measurement providers may process limited information only to support those functions. Marketing systems do not receive property addresses or detailed project narratives. Unconverted inquiry information is scheduled for deletion after 12 months unless a longer period is required for an engaged project, accounting, legal, or documented operational purpose.

Measurement

Studio Bluework records first-party conversion events using server-defined categorical route, service, source, medium, campaign-presence, and referrer values. Analytics does not store query strings, campaign names, content values, full referrers, names, email addresses, property addresses, free-text project details, or payment information.
