Terms for using this website.

Effective August 29, 2026. These terms apply only to the Studio Bluework public website. They are not a service agreement and do not control a paid project.

No engagement from website use

Viewing the site, downloading a sample or guide, sending an email, submitting the project form, or participating in a preliminary call does not create a client relationship, authorize work, approve a project, authorize agency contact, or obligate either party to proceed. If a project is offered, both parties first sign the project-specific written agreement. Work begins only after any required payment clears, the applicable no-work period ends, and Studio Bluework provides written start confirmation.

General information and samples

Website articles, service descriptions, samples, prices, and checklists are general information. They are not a zoning determination, site verification, title or survey conclusion, professional opinion, legal or financial advice, construction estimate, or permit guarantee. Requirements, records, property conditions, consultants, costs, and agency decisions vary by project.

Studio Bluework’s role

Studio Bluework provides residential design, drafting, property research, permit-document preparation, and administrative project support within the scope stated in a signed agreement. Studio Bluework is not an architecture or engineering firm. When licensed professional services are required, the client selects, contracts with, and pays each licensed consultant directly.

Website materials

Studio Bluework owns or uses the website text, graphics, samples, and layout under applicable rights. You may view or download public homeowner materials for personal project evaluation. You may not sell them, present them as work prepared for another property, remove source notices, or use them to imply Studio Bluework’s involvement in another project.

Links and availability

Links to agencies and other third parties are provided for convenience. Third-party content, availability, and practices are outside Studio Bluework’s control. The website may be corrected, changed, limited, or temporarily unavailable. A visible price or service does not guarantee project eligibility or acceptance.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful material, use automated systems to overwhelm the service, or send secrets, payment credentials, or unlawful content through a form.

Other terms
