    Review the work, fee, and timing. Both parties sign before invoicing; payment, required inputs, and written start confirmation come before work.

  4. Receive your package.

    Your report or drawings arrive digitally. The feasibility review includes one round of written follow-up questions.

About the studio

We work remotely with Southern California homeowners. Before drawing production, we identify usable records, current building measurements, and the site information your project needs. You retain required local measurement providers and licensed consultants directly.
