Typical sources may include the local planning map, assessor information, and online permit index. We specify which sources we can check before accepting your project. Records may be incomplete or unavailable.

When will I receive it?

Our pilot target is two business days from written start confirmation. First, we need complete accepted intake, a signed agreement, cleared payment, and the end of our five-business-day no-work period, or any longer period in your packet. This is not two days from inquiry or payment. We confirm the actual delivery date before you commit.

This pilot does not include comprehensive feasibility, a buildability or zoning determination, a survey, field measurements, design drawings, construction pricing, engineering, restricted record purchases, or agency follow-up. Missing records are reported as missing, not treated as approval.
