Project overview
The Agua Cayendo proposal brings four bedrooms, two bathrooms and everyday living spaces into a single-story home. The front porch leads into the living room, with dining and the kitchen continuing toward the bedroom area. An attached two-car garage sits alongside the living spaces.
The primary bedroom sits at the rear with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms connect to the hallway. Outside, the elevations show stepped parapets, recessed openings and a small covered entry; roof plans and sections explain the low-slope roof behind those facades.

Connect the shared spaces
Living, dining and kitchen spaces follow one another from the front entrance into the home.
Give each bedroom a place
The primary bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet occupy one rear corner, with three additional bedrooms arranged along the hallway.
Bring the garage into the plan
The attached two-car garage sits beside the living and dining spaces, while the front porch gives the home a separate pedestrian entrance.
