Project notes
Develop the exterior character
Stepped parapets, recessed openings and a compact covered entry give the single-story home a distinct street-facing composition.
Resolve the flat-roof composition
Low-slope roof planes sit behind the parapets and connect the house and attached garage without dominating the exterior form.
Update the plan through coordination
Manuel provided the original floor-plan concept. Alexis revised the plan as the exterior design and coordination with the owner and engineer developed.
