Give shared rooms a central place
Living, dining and kitchen spaces form a connected sequence from the front entrance toward the rear of the home.
Separate the bedroom groups
Three bedrooms share a hallway on one side; the primary suite sits across the plan with its own bathroom and walk-in closet.
Develop the design around the setback
The City approved a 3-foot-9-inch encroachment into the required 25-foot front-yard setback. Alexis coordinated the design and owner review through Space Makeover. The design visualizations show a later September 2026 amendment; its approval is not asserted here.
